Creative Therapy

An Holistic Therapeutic Art session holds space for your whole wellbeing and creative therapeutic experience with collaborative co-inquiry and person–centred exploration of art materials, nature, personal story, emotions and body-feeling. I hold space for deep listening, body, heart, quantum mind and imaginative consciousness to support and expand your everyday experiences and perceptions. All sessions are informed by my blend of therapeutic art with holistic counselling using process-oriented psychology developed by Arnold Mindell, known as the “Dreambody” or “Process Mind”.

No drawing ability needed

60-Minute Session — $165

Engage with the inherent wisdom of art materials, body wisdom, and nature to notice your everyday self, as well as relational and embodied awareness for enhanced well-being and personal insight. This session includes a holistic and process–oriented approach, including deep listening and intersubjective co-creativity and “art conversations”. This session is individually tailored through gentle guidance for noticing the sensory, bodily and imaginative processing of your personal story, presenting concerns, momentary experiences and lesser-known aspects of self, relationship conflicts, addictive tendencies and loss.

90-Minute Session — $210

Allows time for greater multi-modal and individually tailored, holistic inquiring and journalling for exploring, unfolding and deepening your inherent wisdom and capacity for change through art processes, nature and embodied experience. This session generally invites checking in and noticing the environment, embodied awareness and /or ‘work’ you’ve brought to the session - such as a life event, body symptom, a night dream, intense emotion or inter-relational conflict. Alternatively, you may enter the space thinking you’d like to work with certain materials. The session offers a person-centred, process-oriented and trauma-informed therapeutic alliance, deep listening, empathic co-creativity and self-directed art expression.
